3. Project Quotations and Payment Terms

3.1 Quotations: All project quotations provided by Jagdamba Interiors are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, project scope modifications, and market conditions.

3.2 Payment Schedule: Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement. Typically, payments are structured as follows:

• Advance payment: 30-40% upon project confirmation
• Progress payments: As per project milestones
• Final payment: Upon project completion and handover

3.3 Late Payments: Late payments may result in project delays. Interest charges may apply on overdue amounts as per the agreement.

4. Project Execution and Timeline

4.1 Timeline: Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, material availability, site conditions, and client approvals. We strive to complete all projects within the agreed timeframe.

4.2 Delays: Jagdamba Interiors is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to material shortages, labor issues, weather conditions, or client-requested changes.

4.3 Design Changes: Any changes to the approved design after project commencement may result in additional costs and timeline extensions. All changes must be requested in writing and approved by both parties.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate site measurements and information
• Ensure site access for our team during working hours
• Make timely decisions on design approvals and material selections
• Provide necessary permissions and clearances
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Secure the site and ensure safety of materials delivered

6. Warranty and Maintenance

6.1 Workmanship Warranty: We provide a warranty on workmanship as specified in the project agreement, typically ranging from 6 months to 1 year from the date of project completion.

6.2 Material Warranty: Material warranties are as per the manufacturer's terms and conditions. We assist in claiming warranties but are not responsible for manufacturing defects.

6.3 Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, negligence, natural wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1 Client Cancellation: If the client cancels the project after signing the agreement:

• Before project commencement: Advance payment may be partially refunded after deducting design and planning costs
• After project commencement: No refund will be provided. Payment for work completed and materials purchased must be settled

7.2 Company Cancellation: Jagdamba Interiors reserves the right to cancel a project if payment terms are not met or if there are breaches of the agreement. In such cases, the client will be responsible for paying for work completed.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, drawings, plans, and creative concepts created by Jagdamba Interiors remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use these designs for their specific project only. Reproduction, distribution, or use of designs for other projects without written permission is prohibited.

We reserve the right to photograph completed projects and use them for marketing and promotional purposes unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Jagdamba Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, hidden defects, or problems arising from third-party contractors not engaged by us.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All client information is kept confidential and used only for project-related purposes. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

11. Dispute Resolution
